Drop Ceilings or Suspended Ceilings
Ceiling panels or tiles come in many forms there are mostly wood or mineral fiber, and as such damage easily by moisture,
humid conditions, impact from installation or by those working around or above them.
Our Ceilings are made of PVC or Wood only, PVC tiles, PVC Grid, Wood Tiles and Wood Grid.
The most dangerous mold strains are: Chaetomium (pronounced Kay-toe-MEE-yum) and Stachybotrys chartarum (pronounced Stack-ee-BOT-ris Shar-TAR-um) as they have been proven to produce demylenating mycotoxins among others, meaning they can lead to autoimmune disease. Under certain growth and environmental conditions, both of these fungi release toxic, microscopic spores and several types of mycotoxins that can cause the worst symptoms which are usually irreversible such as neurological and immunological damage. Some of these natural mycotoxins include a very strong class known as trichothecenes. Trichothecenes are also produced by several common molds including species in the genera Acremonium, Cylindrocarpon, Dendrodochium, Myrothecium, Trichoderma, and Trichothecium. The trichothecenes are potent inhibitors of DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis, and have been well studied in animal models because of concern about their potential misuse as agents of biological warfare, due to their ability to destroy human health (mentally and physically), and never appear in an autopsy.
The disturbing factor about airborne mycotoxins is that it is impossible to know how much damage they have caused to one's health until it is too late. Therefore, It is imperative to not knowingly expose oneself even for brief periods of time in any place that smells moldy or has an appearance of mold or mildew. If you suspect that the air quality in your home is being compromised by mold spores you can have the air tested, but it can be quite expensive in some instances. It's worth it if it helps save your health. Mold Help approved testing companies are listed on this site with more reasonable costs. These testing companies have been approved due to their thoroughness, value, and efficacy. You will find that their cost is generally lower than most, but this in no way compromises the value of their work.

Newspaper Article: Mold in Schools
Mildew refers to certain kinds of mold or fungus. In Old English, it meant honeydew (a substance secreted by aphids on leaves, formerly thought to distill from the air like dew), and later came to mean mildew in the modern senses.
The term mildew is often used generically to refer to mold growth. Molds can thrive on any organic matter, including clothing, leather, paper, and the ceilings, walls and floors of homes with moisture management problems. Molds often live on shower walls, windowsills, and other places where moisture levels are high. There are many species of molds. In unaired places, such as basements, they can produce a strong musty odor.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Most Ceiling tiles used in drop ceilings can and do grow bacteria once they are wet, so water damage from leaking pipes, roof leaks, condensation from pipes or a/c or trying to clean with soap and water can start the mold and bacteria growth.
Bacteria - (microbiology) single-celled or noncellular spherical or spiral or rod-shaped organisms lacking chlorophyll that reproduce by fission; important as pathogens and for biochemical properties; taxonomy is difficult; often considered to be plants
Bacteria are the most ancient life forms Most bacteria are so small that under a light microscope you can only see them as little dots. Some groups however grow to larger sizes and have spectacular shapes.
Strep throat, cholera, pneumonia, whooping cough, these diseases, and more, are often the only things bacteria get credit for doing. They reproduce at an extremely fast rate, and not all bacteria are bad, but those growing in ceiling tiles can be some of the worse.
How Many Ceiling Tiles Do you Change?
If you are a residential or commercial and considering replacing your ceiling tiles ours is your perfect choice. Mold grows when other tiles have water on and in them, by the time you see signs of the water leak via water stains on the visible side of your tile the top side is already starting to grow mold and bacteria.

Our Washable, Waterproof Tiles
Our Tiles are white, made of PVC, come in 2' x 2' or 2' x 4'.

Other ceiling tile companies claim their tiles are washable (only temporarily) and some even claim to be waterproof, but only our PVC tiles can be washed over and over, even a million times, and never be damaged. They are completely waterproof, will never grow mold, never sag, bow, or bend due to humidity. They have a Class A flame spread that's approved for commercial kitchens and dining areas and can be used in any standard grid for drop ceilings. They are very decorative (not industrial looking) and are perfect for not only kitchens but offices, warehouses, food processing plants, clean rooms, bottling plants, basements, and gymnasiums. Too numerious to name them all, so basically anywhere there is a suspended ceiling our tiles will work great.
Our Ceiling Tiles are so great that we offer a
100% Money Back Guarantee,
If they fail to hold up under any humid or wet conditions, grow mold, mildew, bacteria or damage by water.

Our Tiles Survived
Hurricane Ike!
After going through hurricane Ike we found out our
tiles on our porch handled 110 miles an hour winds, rain coming in diagonally
for 16 hours. After the first day of the storm we had extremely high
humidity and heat for 24 hours and the tiles were not even
bothered. Two of the fifty tiles came out one had a slight nick on one corner
when we put it back it was not even noticeable, but considering it was lifted
out and shot towards our house and then fell on concrete to have only a slight
nick on a corner is saying a lot. The other was found about 20 feet away with
no damage.
After going through a dozen Hurricanes and Tropical Storms
(Carla, Jerry, Alicia, Rita, Ike and others) I am more convinced now than ever
that waterproof ceilings and walls are the way to go. Even if you do not have
hurricanes you still can have roof leaks, a/c condensation, pipe leaks, etc
and if you use standard ceilings you are asking for mold, bacteria and
mildew and are endangering your employees customers and patients health to
maybe save a few dollars.
