Here is your chance to have a worry free Drop Ceiling that looks great and is easy to maintain. If you use the traditional Armstrong, USG, Drop Ceiling Tiles/panels you will eventually have to replace them and in the mean time you can have issues with mold, water spots and sagging tiles/panels.
Some who say they are the only waterproof lay in tile, are not Class A(1), Class B(2) or Class C(3) and for the most part can only be used outside, they do not meet code for the fire marshal, then others are ultra thin and have to be glued to another tile. Our Tiles are the only true Commercial tile of its kind that meets all codes and is waterproof 100% of the time, washable, sag proof, mold proof...
Imagine having a Drop Ceiling in your business or home that no longer makes people sick. No mold, no Asbestos, no lead, no mildew odors, no more water spots or stains. The next time your roof leaks, a pipe bursts or your a/c condensation drips on your tiles/panels you do not have to worry about mold issues, water stains, or replacing the tile or grid.
Here is your chance to have a worry free Drop Ceiling that looks great and is easy to maintain.
Our Ceiling Tiles/Panels can be used wherever there is a Drop Ceiling!
Drop Ceilings
A drop ceiling or suspended ceiling was developed to cover the pipes, ac ducts and electrical below the roof. The area between the roof and the drop ceiling is the plenum.
Today many have discovered a drop or suspended ceiling will save them money since they do not have to cool or heat the area above the drop ceiling.
To insulate a drop ceiling or suspended ceiling is best done with rolls or blown insulation not insulated tiles. The problem with insulated tiles in a drop ceiling is they only insulate the tile area and not the grid leaving a 1” gap around each tile that is not insulated.
Cheap ceiling tiles, for the most part the true cheap tiles are the ones you do not have to continue to replace. Let’s say you get cheap tiles but find due to humidity, moisture, pipe leaks, ac condensation or roof leaks you have to replace them as much as every 6 months. Or even if you can slide by and only replace them every 3-5 years the issues is you have to purchase them again, matching may be a huge pain so you have mismatched tiles. Or the price goes up on the tiles, and let’s don’t forget the labor to replace them. Most fiber board and especially the cheap ones are highly susceptible to mold growth and this can cost you money in two ways, customers who do not return and employees out sick or not 100% productive. The only true cheap tile is the one you never have to replace again and that can be cleaned.
Drop ceiling tiles can be decorative or decorative and functional, our drop ceiling tiles are both.
